What is coolCities?
The meaning of cool cities is solving the warming problem in a city and finding a sustainable resource for them.

Problems that always comes up with human revolution which are Earth environmental issues, Traffic Delays, Rising in population, Increases in energy consumption and increasing in the amount of Carbon dioxide CO2. All of these things must be reduced because we are in danger and the statistic shows that we are using resources for two planets which means soon we will have crises if we don’t do anything about this huge consumption.

Here is a cool city company comes up, there is a company who called themselves as SDCJ, they are going to developing a sustainable system which is going to reduce the emitted of CO2 in the air. Their plan of transportation in cool cities is to use Monorail station Light Rail Transit, Water transportation and Hybrid cars also they have new system which called echo system, they are planning to use it in the buildings which will reduce 50% of the CO2 and 30% in residential zones.

FootPrint

What dose footprint mean: footprint means how much of resources that you are using and how it will effect the plant.

There is a website called footprint uk which will ask you some quests about what kind of resources that you are using and other questions, at the end the result of your resource effect on the planet environment will showed at the screen and my footprint was horrible :( 3.15, so I have plan to decrease my footprint to 0.5 or less by recycling and do what the footprint told me to do. Lets start using less resources like traveling by the public transports to reduce the CO2, recycle (papers, aluminum, metals and other thins that can be recycled), turn off our lamps when we leave our home and change our lamps to the new one that consumption less electricity.

When you hear about a luxury of a five star hotel mixed with Arabic flavor design in the middle of the desert it means that you are hearing about Qaser Al Sarab. Qaser Al Sarab it’s an Arabic word mean Palace of Mirage so if you see this palace in this middle of the desert you will think it’s a mirage and the truth it’s real. I’m going to talk about the benefits of this project that we will gain in future.

With the crowd in the cities and the noises that makes every one upset, people always want a place to relax after hearing all of these sounds in the city and they don’t want a normal place, they want a quiet place with a very special service so this project pop-up to show the word that the UAE comes with a cool cities in it. This project and the other TDIC projects they will change the cities from normal cities to cools cities for example, instead of traveling to other cities to have the luxury and the privacy now we can have them with these hotels.

To sum up, these projects are going to change the look of our cities and not just the cities it will also change the country look. I think with this kind of project we are going to provide what people want when they travel from the country to other country so they will stay and they will have what they want which it mean this will effects our economy , I mean we will have a strong economy in future.

My opinion about ‘An Inconvenient truth’

In this post I'm going to write my opinion (What I like and what I don't) about Al Gore presentation that shown in An Inconvenient truth video.

Me and my cousin Ibrahim who is studying renewable energy in German we were talking about Al Gore presentation and I said I like the way that Al Gore present his presentation specially when he run videos his voice will be low which means that the audience will have their space to focus on the video and listen to his comment on this video at the same time. I agree with Al Gore when he mentions about the main problem that we are facing in this decade which its global warming problem but I don’t know if all of his statistics are correctly because sometimes I feel like the world will end up soon like when he said Australia will sink if the warming continue so after some years we are not going to see Australia or America. My cousin said he watched this video in the university with his teacher Dr. Nhash who said Al Gore statistic measuring its wrong when he measure about Australia or America will sink by meters in the water sea and the correct measuring is by inches.

I think Al Gore presentation was great and he was trying to show us the major problem that we are living with and we don’t know about it.

Summary of ‘An Inconvenient truth’ by Al Gore

This video shows the effect of global warming on the world which it will end lives on this planet. The facts that shown are presents a very serious problem that starts to count down taking lives of extinct species of animals or plant. I’m going to talk about the two major problems.

The speaker in this video is Al gore who is trying to explain the problems that we are not seeing and also he is showing the effects of this problem. Starting with pictures from 1940 that shows the beauty of the earth views like forests and mountains with snow on the top then he ends with pictures that shows these places in this time with a horrible view and milted snow. The first problem, he said if this warming will not stop for 50 years we will have a very big problem which is some countries will sink in the sea water. Second problem, he discussed the problem of South and North Pole when snow is going to milt and when the sea water going to raise this is caroused by if the world temperature goes up by 1°C it will raise the pole temperature with 12°C.

Global warming, the most important problem that threading our lives and our planet while the whole world doesn’t see it as a dangerous threading. Al Gore, with his all power he is trying to make this picture of this dangerous threading comes clear so the people understand what is going on in this planet and what are we going to face in the coming days.

New car powered by solar and gets 150 km on a 30 hour charge

This is the new car made by chines 001 group which it has a big solar panel on top of it, this panel can only transform 14 to 17 percent of that into electricity which is impressive in solar panel. The car can be running for 150 km with a 30 hour recharger battery. The group produce only 10 cars until now, you can buy it for only 38,000 yuan which is (US$5,560) .
